Coming home for Christmas!!

Well lots has changed so I though maybe I should get on here and update...

Jaime and I broke up about a month ago. It was needed and we are still good friends. She is up in MI with family and still plans to attend Basic and all of that soon. She took the dogs with her, it was prearranged when we got them that that is how it would be. I am going to take them while she is in basic and tech school so she won't have to worry about them.

As for me. I am doing awesome right now. Got to drive up to VA Beach for Thanksgiving and spend it with my sister, nephew, and bro in law. It was great to see them since they will not be able to make it home for christmas. My nephew is as cute as ever and I loved getting to know him with all his personality. I have seen him a lot on Oovoo but this was good cause it was in person so now I am not just some crazy person talking to him through a computer.

My life has been falling into order lately and it has been amazing. I just returned from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association convention and a class and it was AMAZING. I met some very cool people and learned stuff, which is really the point of it all :) and saw some Olympians in the process lol. On the side I have been very happy in my personal life as well, work is great because I love my job, talking to a new girl who is amazing (prob she is in Cali), I have been running a lot just hit 3.5 miles a night last night so that was great.

As for christmas, I get to go back to cali on the 25th to see my family and of course the new girl. I am really excited we will be going to san fran and tahoe and go snowmobiling and snowboarding! On the 30th I am coming to Utah to spend new years with friends and I am so excited for that. I am going to Logan on the 31st because I need to see lots of ppl up there so I am going to do my best to see everyone.

Well I think that is a good summary of everything! Sorry I was very behind doing that :)

Fall Update

Well I am lame at this lol.. I need to have Jaime do it, she is on top of stuff I am a slacker! We are going well out here. Excited for Halloween and hoping that we get lots of trickor treaters... My sister, her husband, and my cute little nephew came down to visit about a month ago and that was great. My lil Ace man is getting so big and so handsome, he was so much fun! We bought the boys Halloween customs and I will out up pictures one day ! HA! Our back yard looks great. We finally have all the sod down! YAY lol... Besides that we are thinking about painting some walls in our house and adding some color! Spicing it up! Well I will follow up with pictures but out for now!

New Patio Furniture!

We got new patio furniture!!! We are very excited, we got the dogs small fence up to keep them off the patio, the pavers/patio finished and even put stepping stones in the grass!! We are getting really organized finally and it is awesome. So we are ready for visitors!

ALLIGATOR!!!!

So yesterday Jaime was looking over our fence in the back yard and saw an alligator in the pond behind our house. Today they guy came to catch the alligator and we got to not only see him catch it but hold him!! He was about 4 ft and about 4 years old and another gator had bit his tail crazy!!

Well per Cam's comment I thought I would update this thing. I have been really busy with recruiting this summer. I was in CO for a week and that was crazy but at the same time it was good. I got to see my parents and my little sister Mel. I even got to see her play a little softball, she's a stud.. I have also recruited in Kissimmee FL and Atlanta GA and right now working a camp in Anderson SC... So I have been all over. Jaime has also been very busy. She has been working toward getting into the Air Force Reserves for a while now. She took took her test and got a 71 on the ASVAB.. I think that is it lol she only needed like a 31 and she royally killed it.. she will probably be sent off to basic training around September :( It sucks she will be gone but it is a great oppertunity for her and she will only be gone for 3-4 months.. only.. ugh... The dogs are normal and so is the house.. nothing new because we have no money lol ... well I think that is it for now ....

Well lately Jaime and I have been kept pretty busy.. We both work two jobs, the boys are crazy and we have to keep up with them destroying everything too. We have most recently been trying to get our yard to look good and lawn to grow, we bought the boys a dog house that is huge but I swear they never use, bought a picnic table which Jaime put together, made a lattice barrier around our outside air unit, jaime is staining the dog house and table, and that may not seem like a lot but I sware it is ;). My softball season is coming to an end. We have 2-3 weeks of play left depending on how well they do next week at the conference tournament. Jaime's parents and neices are coming down to visit tomorrow for the weekend and we are really excited for that. I am trying to figure out where I will be recruting this summer and hope I get some free time for us to take sore trips. Our best friends Tiff and MEgan are coming out to visit in June and we are so excited to see them we miss our friends so much. Well I think that is every thing I have to update for now!!

Birthday and Surgery

Well my birthday was on the 5th.. Jaime bought me my favorite cake, we went to dinner and shopping and my presents were great I even got Jeff Dunham tickets!!!! The next day Jaime had to have surgery on a deviated septum that ended up being worse than the dr had realized to it was really good that she had the surgery. She will get the splints out in a week until then she has been a champ so far. She is being amazing with the pain and all the issues it has been throwing at her. I can't do much to help her through the pain all I can do is help with getting gauze lol.. Send your love cause the next few days will be rough on her.. The boys are doin good, groing some not a lot, they are really good since we got them the training collars for walks and they don't tear up the house like they used to.. I think that is all the updates for now :)

Well life is busy out here.. I have been a little overwhelmed with my job and everything going on but my team is doing ok so far. We are 3-3 so not great but I think we will still have a good year. Jaime is now getting all her stuff ready to apply and test for the police academy.. She is a lil crazy i think ;) but it is an exciting move for her and we are both happy about her decision. It will be a great career for her to have if we have to move again for coaching... which we all know will happen..

Our neighbor's house was broken into the other day so as we speak the security guy is at our house installing a security system. It's good we have the boys but I think this will be better and Jaime got us a really good deal for our package. My mom and dad come in town on March 11th and we are super excited for that and we are hoping to have Jaime's parents in town for Easter weekend!!! Not much else is going on in our lives just trying to make ends meet and get ahead a little in our lives... We hope you are all doing great too!! Remember GA is a great vacation spot ;)

Well Jaime and I are finally getting our backyard finished. We are now adding in sod, well Jaime is putting it in for us :)... and our fence is up and the boys like it. We are getting everything together finally :) My aunt is coming in this weekend which I am excited for and my parents will be coming in march and jaime's parents in april. if anyone wants to visit you can come too. my games just started and my girls won the first two yay!!! keep us updated on your lives too...

Christmas

Well Christmas was fun but I won't lie we are really happy to be home. We went to cali for christmas and it was great. We took a hummer limo with my family to see the lights on christmas eve. We had christmas with my family then drove to san fran with my sisters to see my grandparents and aunts and uncles and then drove to tahow where we spent 2 days snowboarding, jaime and the mountain were very friendly the whole time lol. We got to ride snow mobiles (first time for me) and we took my parents to lunch and jaime to the casinos.. We got to spend a lot of time with the little ace man too!!! Overall it was an awesome christmas :)

So we took a trip to MI for Thanksgiving.. And besides the 17 hour drives :( we had so much fun.. Jaime's nieces are so cute we had a sleepover and played in the snow.. Jaime and I made dinner for her family and despite me being super nervous every thing turned out well and they all liked it. I got sick the day after and that was no fun but I was able to get through it with the help of the family.

Well it's about Christmas time and Jaime and I were SO excited to decorate for it!! Jaime's mom gave her these two singing snowmen and a lit gingerbread house they are great. She also gave us some stockings now we just need to get the boys theirs. :) Oh and she got us "our first christmas in our new home" ornament (other side pictured below)!! We took some pictures and a family shot and so I thought I would share them with you guys.. I hope everyone is doing well and you had a good thanks giving.

Thanksgiving!!!

Well I just wanted to wish everyone a happy early Thanksgiving.. Jaime and I are leaving around 1 today to start our 13 hour drive to Michigan to see her family :) I am excited I get to cook and we get to see her nieces.. It will be the first time the boys see snow and I am excited to see their reactions. I will update cute pictures of them when we get back :) Hope you all have a great holiday!!!

well here we go... it's a week from thanksgiving and Jaime and I are driving to her families house and we are cooking. I am excited cause I usually cook for my friends so at least I still get to cook this year. Our boys are getting big. Jaime took them to the vet today and tucker was about 20 lbs and joe about 26. The are getting more fun as they are not peeing in the house as much thankfully but I know they will like it more when we have a fence and they can be outside more. Jaime talked the local workers who put sod down in our sub division at the new houses to give us the extra sod that they dont use so we should get our backyard sodded for free slowly now :) I will be heading to Utah to visit in 2 weeks.. I am excited to see my friends and play in the snow... Georgia is so different.. It took me and JAime about 3 months to even find a really goor restuarant here.. oh well.. I like my job things are still going well just office work till Jan. now and that is boring but oh well...

As for Jaime's job... the guy she was working with was sexually harassing her and I made her resign.. Now she is going through a ton of steps to make this guy pay.. She just took everything to the EECO and they will be serving him in the next 10 days and maybe we will settle outside of court but that wont be for a while.. I'll keep everyone updated on that. besides that we are good.. We are happy and excited to see family soon..

Puppies and life

Well Jaime brought back our two puppies from Michigan this week. They are so cute. Joe is 12 weeks and is a little bigger. Tucker is 9 weeks and although smaller is a feisty lil man.. They are from the same dad but different moms so fun. They do well on the schedule we have them on and seem to like us. They greet me every morning by the bed when they get out of their crate and like to play for a while before they let us get ready. Besides that life is good. Jaime is doing well.. Had fun in MI but was ready to come home. I have games this weekend then we get 2 months of down time which will be nice. I will get more time at home to work my other job and to be here with the boys and Jaime.. Besides that all is well :)

Our New Home

Well this is for all our friends and family since we can't and do not talk to everyone weekly. :) Jaime and I are now in Savannah, GA. After a lot of term oil and trying to get life on track it looks like it may have finally worked. We just bought a 2 bed/ 2 bath house in a new subdivision. We love it now just need to raise the money for a fence in the back yard cause Jaime is itchin for some puppies ;). We have not met a lot of people here which sucks cause we miss our friends and going out. But we are enjoying time together it is few and far between.

I am working as the Assistant coach at Savannah College of Art and Design. I like the job a lot and get to learn daily. I think coaching may be my profession lol news to me. I am working with the outfield, who would have guessed right, and I am doing a lot of office work. Not the highlight of my day lol... I miss my USU girls but I learn something new from every group of athletes I have coached so I am not complaining. I will be visiting Utah in December so if anyone can hang out let me know :)

Jaime is currently working selling Kirby vacumes but that is tempory. She will be going into the Police Academy soon and we are really excited about that. She is going home to visit family this weekend and maybe check out those puppies I was talking about lol..

Well we have an extra bedroom so if anyone wants to visit please come lol :)
